Located 10 minutes to the Ballarat CBD we are the perfect accommodation for your sporting group, family reunion, and large group. Pioneer Homes Ballarat can provide group accommodation for 38 guests in beds over three houses (including 6.5 bathrooms). Further guests may be accommodated with request. Two houses (Pioneer Villa and Pioneer House) are side by side, and a side gate can be opened to create a shared backyard. They accommodate 22 guests together. The other home (Pioneer Escape) that can accommodate 16 is a short walk around the corner.
Plenty of room for your family reunion, sporting group, or holiday. We have plenty to do including BBQs, table tennis, playgrounds, outdoor giant checkers , air hockey, foosball, board games, books and toys, and magnetic darts.
We are situated ten minutes or less to Ballarat attractions (including Sovereign Hill, and Lake Wendouree, Victoria Park), and sporting facilities in Ballarat.
