Larger groups have the option of booking both Pioneer Villa and Pioneer House.

Accommodating up to 22 guests, both homes are fitted out with modern comforts including TVs and DVDs, air-conditioners, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, remote control garages and best of all, are right next door to each other.

The Pioneer Homes are under 10 mins from Sovereign Hill and 500m away from the Sebastopol public water park/street basketball in winter.

The bedroom layouts are:

Pioneer House:

• 3 bedrooms with queen-sized beds
• 1 bedroom with two single beds + a trundle
• 1 Bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a trundle

Pioneer Villa:

• 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds
• 1 bedroom with 1 bunk beds, a single and trundle.

** Bedrooms not required will be locked.
** Please note that this is a smoke free home.
** From $400 per night midweek and $450 per night weekends based on 7 guests (excluding prime times)

** Extra guests $25 per person per night
** There is also a $240 Cleaning Charge.
